Chris Norris
Owner, Strategist, Video Producer
Chris started Revox after leaving a corporate job to pursue his passion for social media marketing. He brings a variety of skills and experience into owning his first business including working in professional sports (MLB, MiLB), church communications, ministry, higher education and corporate. Chris is responsible for strategy and content development for clients as well as leading the charge with podcasting and video production. Chris resides in Erie, PA with his wife and son Grady and is a die-hard Cleveland baseball fan.

Kate Thiem
Social Media Management Lead
Kate joined team Revox in 2022, assisting Chris with managing content creation for a variety of social media management clients. Her responsibilities include working closely with clients to create a content strategy that aligns with their brand, strategy and marketing goals. She is responsible for creating social media content for clients and bringing it to life from planning to posting and everything in between! In her spare time, Kate runs her own business called, Hive Mind Management and is involved with local theater and music.

Golda Gichuru
Client Coordinator/Virtual Assistant
Golda joined Revox in 2020 after graduating in 2018 with a Master's Degree in Communication She is responsible for working with Revox’s clients, both current and prospective. From onboarding new clients to fielding requests from current clients and assisting Chris with a variety of projects, Golda is a “jack of all trades” for Revox! Golda was born in Nairobi, Kenya, and enjoys dancing, traveling, listening to music, and experiencing different cultures and cuisines.

Tino Mangwendeza
Video Editor
Tino has the great opportunity to share the story of your business or organization through the power and influence of video content. He’s always been taught to think outside the box and working with Revox allows him to do just that. Tino has been a part of some important video projects including helping a local non-profit reach a record number of donor participants at the annual Erie Gives Day in August. When he’s not editing videos, he enjoys gaming, traveling and spending time with his family.
